Everything we get asked most about renting decor, seating, and statement pieces for Arizona weddings and events.
How far in advance should I book my rentals?
As soon as your date and venue are confirmed. Statement pieces like the champagne wall, phone booth, and drape backdrop are one-of-a-kind, so once they're reserved for a date they're gone.
What's required to reserve my date?
A signed rental agreement and a 50% deposit. That locks your items to your date. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the event.
Is there an order minimum?
No. You can rent a single chair or a full event's worth of tables, seating, and decor.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is billed at $2 per mile from our Scottsdale base, and that rate includes setup and breakdown. There is no separate labor fee.
Do you set up and take everything down?
Yes. Our team places everything where you want it and returns to strike after the event. You never have to stack chairs at midnight.
What areas do you deliver to?
Scottsdale, Phoenix, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, and the surrounding Phoenix metro. If your venue is further out, send us the address and we'll quote the mileage.
Can I change my order after booking?
Usually, yes — adding items is easy if they're still available for your date. Reach out as early as you can so we can confirm availability and update your quote.
What happens if something is damaged?
Normal wear from an event is expected and not charged. Damage beyond that, or missing items, is billed at replacement cost as set out in your signed rental agreement.
Do you do more than weddings?
Yes. We rent to anniversaries, milestone birthdays, showers, graduations, corporate gatherings, and private dinners.
Do you offer event planning as well as rentals?
We do — full-service planning is available alongside rentals. Add it to your booking or ask us about it on the event planning page.
How do I pay?
We'll reach out directly to collect your deposit and balance. Payment methods are confirmed with your invoice.
Do you rent items for outdoor Arizona events?
Yes, and it's most of what we do. Patio heaters and propane fire pit tables handle cool desert evenings, and we'll talk through wind and heat considerations for anything freestanding.
